Amergence Technology has a state-of-the-art repair center on site. Our skilled engineers and technicians are able to trace a problem and repair it at the component level without the original schematics. Our service also includes salvaging the components from Beyond Economic Repair (BER) parts and advance replacements for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Three shifts run each day to process all incoming parts, and we have a broad purchasing network of manufacturers that help us locate any part needed, whether if it is end of life, stock shortage, or a customized part. Our purchasing staff in Taiwan, China, and the United States also helps us obtain all required parts. With such a broad network, we are able to quickly perform full factory standard testing and quality control.

Our technicians work closely with other electronic design houses and manufacturers to speed up the process and ensure all the electronics follow the original repair and testing procedures in accordance to factory specifications, which might include specially made fixtures for functional assurance.
