Amergence Technology’s IT disposition service consists of recycling and product destruction. As an electronic waste handler certified by the California Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the California Integrated Waste Management Board, we work with several certified recyclers within the United States to dispose of different types of components including metals, plastics, glass, and toxic waste. After the components are recycled, Certificate of Recycling is supplied.

We have reliable channels in place to properly and efficiently recover the maximum value for the refurbished or damaged items. Amergence Technology has a solid customer base searching for re-useable parts. We are able to re-sell the items, donate them on your behalf, tear down to component level, re-sell the portions of value, then send the balance to our recyclers for proper recycling.

If a product is considered to be BER (beyond economic repair) and/or scrap, we are able to help companies dispose of the item safely, but still recover the maximum value possible. This can be done in several ways, depending on the condition and type of the item:

Complete units will be torn down to the component level. The portions of value will be re-sold, and the balance will be sent to our recyclers for proper recycling. Hazardous components such as CRT’s will be sent intact to authorized recyclers for proper destruction.
